The 15-week dispute at Marine Terminals Ltd in Dublin Port has ended, after the company today decided to accept a Labour Court recommendation on jobs and redundancies.

The 15-week dispute at Marine Terminals Ltd in Dublin Port has ended, after the company today decided to accept a Labour Court recommendation on jobs and redundancies.

Workers will now get a package of six weeks wages per year of service, including statutory entitlements.

Issues surrounding the terms and conditions of those who remain with the company are still to be determined.

SIPTU has welcomed the move.
