An armed raider today escaped with around €2,000 after holding up a bank.

An armed raider today escaped with around €2,000 after holding up a bank.

The man, aged in his mid 20s, burst into the Bank of Ireland branch in Tyrconnell Road, Inchicore, at around 12.30pm with a firearm.
