Search continues for missing Wicklow man
Gardaí are beginning a second day of searches for a man missing from his Co. Wicklow home for more than two months.
Stephen O'Meara (26) was last seen on August 6 in Wicklow town. Gardaí will focus their searches on a number of forest and mountainous locations in the Redcross area.
Gardaí from the Divisional Search Unit assisted by the Garda mounted unit and mountain rescue volunteers will embark on a second day of searches later today.
Mr O'Meara was last seen leaving his home in Rosehill, Wicklow town at around 6.30pm on August 6.
He is described as being 6’ 2” inches in height, of athletic build and with sandy coloured receding hair.
When last seen he was wearing black tracksuit bottoms with a blue Manchester United Crest, a dark grey Nike zip-up top, black and white Nike air max runners and a thick gold chain.
