Labour Court issues proposals on Element Six row

The Labour Court has issued a series of recommendations in a bid to resolve the row between workers and management at Element Six in Co Clare.

The workers are currently refusing to co-operate with a survival plan for the Shannon plant unless improved redundancy terms are offered to 200 employees who will lose their jobs under the plan.
