Body of missing hiker found after fall in Connemara

Rescue workers have located the body of a man who went missing after he fell on a mountain in Connemara.

The 57-year-old from Co Galway was hiking with his two brothers yesterday evening, when he fell in an area known as the Devil's Mother, near Leenane.

Rescue workers were unable to find his body until today.

The remains are now being lifted by stretcher out of the mountain range.
