Gardaí issue appeal in missing person’s case

Gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of a man missing for the past seven weeks.

Stephen O'Meara was last seen at 6pm on Thursday, August 6, in Wicklow town.

He is 6'2" in height, of athletic build, and is described as having sandy, receding hair.

Gardaí are asking farmers and park rangers in the Wicklow area to check outbuildings located on their lands.
