Cowen to visit Ploughing Championships in Athy

The Taoiseach, Brian Cowen, is due to pay a visit to the National Ploughing Championships in Co Kildare today.

Security is expected to be tight during the visit amid fears that Mr Cowen will face an angry reception at the event in Athy.
