Govt 'may reverse past land zoning decisions'
The Environment Minister John Gormley has said changes are on the way that could adversely affect developers who invested heavily in land.
Mr Gormley told reporters that there is already enough zoned land to cater for the population up until 2075.
He said the situation is out of control due to a lack of foresight by certain local authorities around the country.
Minister Gormley added that new legislation will ensure no repeat of the property bubble and could even undo past zoning decisions.
