Dutch man arrested in connection with €8m cannabis seizure

A Dutch man has been arrested today in connection with an €8m cannabis seizure at Dublin Port.

Around 700kg of the drug was uncovered in a joint operation by Customs officers and Gardaí.

The cannabis was concealed in a consignment of flowers that arrived in a truck from the Netherlands via Holyhead.
