'Bad bank' will hit speculators hardest, insists Ryan

Green Party Minister Eamon Ryan today insisted speculators not taxpayers will be worst hit when the State’s 'bad bank' Nama is set up.

Mr Ryan also said his party was pushing Fianna Fáil for changes to plans on how the toxic assets agency will operate.
