Cabinet to hold first meeting since summer break

The establishment of the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) is likely to dominate the agenda as the Cabinet holds its first meeting today since the summer break.

Draft legislation to establish the agency was published in July and is due to be debated in the Dáil next month.
