Gardaí recover 13 stolen cars worth €130,000

Gardaí have seized more than a dozen stolen cars at an apartment block in Co Wicklow, it emerged this afternoon.

Thirteen cars worth around €130,000 in total were recovered during the planned search of an underground car park at Mill Court in Baltinglass yesterday afternoon.

Gardaí said they had been stolen during burglaries in Dublin and Kildare in the past month.

The cars have since been removed for forensic tests.
