Talks on 4Home store closure to resume today
Talks between management and unions at the 4Home DIY store in Mitchelstown, Co Cork, are expected to resume later today.
Workers at the store staged a two-day sit-in earlier this month after receiving just a few days' notice that the outlet was closing and they were being made redundant.
They called off the protest when management agreed to enter talks.
Those discussions began last week, with both sides later accepting an offer of assistance from the Labour Relations Commission after failing to make any initial progress.
