The National Adult Literacy Agency is calling for new courses to help people read and write.

The National Adult Literacy Agency is calling for new courses to help people read and write.

The agency claims such services are required to help adults further improve their skills after they complete the VEC literacy course.

There are about 50,000 adults on VEC literacy schemes at the moment.
