Two killed in Kerry crash

Two young men have died following an overnight road crash in Co Kerry.

The men, who are believed to be in their late teens or early 20s, were travelling in a car that crashed into a wall at Lawlor's Cross in Killarney just after midnight.

The vehicle is understood to have burst into flames.

A section of the main Killarney to Tralee road remains closed for examination this morning as a result of the incident.

Gardaí in Killarney are appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
