Taoiseach urges safety on roads this Bank Holiday

The Taoiseach is appealing to road users to drive carefully this Bank Holiday weekend.

Gardaí have launched a major road safety campaign and extra checkpoints will be in place around the country over the next four days, targeting speeding and drink driving.
