'Excessive' luggage goes missing at EU airports

The amount of luggage lost at Europe’s airports was slammed as “excessive and unacceptable” by the EU Transport Commissioner today.

Antonio Tajani was responding to findings in a report he ordered, showing 4.6 million bags were “delayed” at Europe’s airports between January and October last year.
