Three charged over Down attack

Three men were charged with attempted murder today following a weekend attack in Co Down which left a man fighting for his life.

The trio, aged 18, 19 and 20, were arrested in the wake of an attack in Main Street, Castlewellan on Saturday night which resulted in three men being taken to hospital.
