Man stabbed in neck by attacker

A man has been stabbed in the neck and abdomen in the North, police said today.

The victim, aged in his 30s, was hospitalised with non-life threatened injuries following the assault in the street at Parkside, Craigavon, on Sunday evening.

A man was arrested and has been released pending further enquiries. Detectives appealed for anybody with information to contact them.
