Asking prices for houses have fallen by almost 6% in the past three months alone, according to the latest statistics from the property website Daft.ie.

Asking prices for houses have fallen by almost 6% in the past three months alone, according to the latest statistics from the property website Daft.ie.

The website says the average asking price for a house is now €263,000, down 19% in the past 12 months and down 23% since the peak of the property boom in 2007.
