Group repeats call for extension of redress deadline

The One in Four support group has reiterated its call for an extension to the Redress Board deadline for victims of institutional child abuse.

The organisation says many more victims have been encouraged to come forward following the publication of the Ryan Report.

It says it has received more than 100 calls from people who want to apply because they are no longer afraid of not being believed.
