Man arrested in connection with Tipperary death

Gardaí in Co Tipperary have arrested a 22-year-old man following the death of another man at a house in Templemore last night.

Gardaí were called to the house on Lacey Avenue just after 10.30am.

A 56-year-old man was found dead and the scene was subsequently sealed off for forensic examination.

A 22-year-old man was detained and is being questioned at Templemore garda station.
