Seaweed hailed as 'green' fuel of future

Seaweed could provide the sustainable ’green’ fuel of the future, it was claimed today.

A £5m (€5.8m) research project that aims to develop ways of converting seaweed into fuel was launched by Stormont Energy Minister Arlene Foster.
