Foreign Affairs Minister Micheal Martin says he is confident that the other EU member states will support the guarantees being sought by Ireland before a second referendum on the Lisbon Treaty is held.

Mr Martin was in Luxembourg yesterday for discussions with his EU counterparts on the wording of the various legal guarantees on abortion, neutrality and taxation.
