Martin hails improved EU-US co-ordination under Obama
The Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin says there's far more co-ordination between Europe and the US since Barack Obama became president.
He was addressing the European Affairs Committee.
Micheál Martin said that in her role as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has engaged with EU foreign ministers at a number of international summits.
He also said they have been pleased with the new US administration’s approach to the Middle East.
