Petrol bomb damages Catholic school in Belfast

Police in the North are investigating a petrol bomb attack on a Catholic school in north Belfast this morning.

St Patrick's College on the Antrim Road suffered extensive damage in the attack at 6am.

A number of classrooms and corridors were damaged.

The police say the fire had burned itself out by the time they arrived on the scene and there was evidence that an accelerant had been poured through the windows and set alight.
