Drug dealer-shooting suspect released without charge

A 27-year-old man arrested over the gangland murder of a known drug dealer in a pub has been released without charge.

Gardaí said the man, detained in Dublin’s south inner city over the shooting dead of John Carroll in Scrumpy Jack’s bar near the Coombe earlier this year, was freed last night.
