Teen charged over Omagh assault

A 16-year-old boy has been charged in connection with the assault of a man in Omagh, Co. Tyrone yesterday morning.

The 21-year-old man sustained serious head injuries, described as "potentially critical", during the attack in the Scarffes Entry area.

The teenager is due in court in Omagh on Wednesday June 17.
