Andrews rules out early decision on children’s vote
Children's Minister Barry Andrews has effectively ruled out setting a date for a children's rights referendum until this autumn at the earliest.
The naming of a date for the long-promised referendum is one of the key demands of a group of charities and victims' groups who are meeting Mr Andrews today.
