Harney satisfied with planned social care changes
Health Minister Mary Harney says she is satisfied that the out-of-hours service being put in place for children at risk is appropriate.
Speaking in Dublin today, Ms Harney said she would love to publish the official report into the Monageer tragedy in full, but cannot do so for legal reasons.
Children's groups have criticised the Government's decision not to implement a 24-hour social care service in light of the report.
However, Ms Harney says she is satisfied with the changes that are being implemented.
