Unions to present alternative proposals to DHL

Union representatives are set to present alternative cost-cutting proposals to DHL today in an effort to prevent major job cuts at the express delivery firm.

The company wants to lay off 320 workers as part of a restructuring plan that includes the closure of seven regional depots.
