Judge 'minded' to force reporter to hand over IRA info

A judge in the North said today he was provisionally minded to grant a police order compelling the Sunday Tribune' s Northern Editor Suzanne Breen to hand over information about the Massareene Barracks shootings in March.

Belfast Recorder Tom Burgess told Mrs Breen’s defence team that it was now up to them to present him with legal argument that would change his initial opinion.
