No costs for abuse victim

Cork woman Louise O'Keeffe - who was abused by her primary school principal - will not have to pay the legal costs arising out of her failed damages action against the State, it was ruled this afternoon.

The Supreme Court said there were special circumstances in the case and refused the State's application for costs.
