Property developer Barry Gilligan is set to take over as the new chairman of the North's Policing Board.

Property developer Barry Gilligan is set to take over as the new chairman of the North's Policing Board.

His appointment is expected to be confirmed at a meeting in Belfast tomorrow, replacing three-times chairman Professor Desmond Rea who is to stay on as an independent member for another two years.
