Foul play ruled out in Cork death
Gardaí have ruled out foul play in the death of a 40-year-old man whose body was found at a house in Rathpeacon, in North Cork.
The man's body was discovered by his mother and sister at the family home in at around 9pm yesterday.
Gardaí said this evening they are no longer treating the death as suspicious following the completion of a post-mortem examination by Assistant State Pathologist, Dr Margaret Bolster.
