Man arrested in connection with publican's death

A man in his late 20s was arrested today in connection with the death of a publican during a break-in.

Matthew Farrell was found dead in his pub, the Gaelic Bar in Daingean, Co Offaly in what gardaí believe may have been a robbery gone wrong in the early hours of April 1.
