15-year-old 'could have killed' youth with bottle, says judge

A then-15-year-old schoolboy could have killed a youth he allegedly struck with a bottle when a row escalated between two groups of teenagers, a judge said today.

The teenager, who is charged with assault causing harm to another boy, on June 20 last, at Estuary Road, Malahide, in Dublin was before the Children’s Court.
