One fifth of vehicles non-compliant with VRT rules

More than one fifth of vehicles have been found to be non-compliant with VRT rules during a recent investigation by the Revenue Commissioners.

More than 3,000 vehicles were challenged during the investigation, 658 of which were found to be non-compliant.
