A teenager charged with motoring offences and refusing to provide a blood sample to check if he was over the drink drive limit, was remanded in custody today after his mother refused to allow him home.

A teenager charged with motoring offences and refusing to provide a blood sample to check if he was over the drink drive limit, was remanded in custody today after his mother refused to allow him home.

The 17-year-old boy was before the Children’s Court today facing charges for driving without a licence and insurance, in Clondalkin, in Dublin, on April 2 last and refusing to give a blood sample at Ballyfermot station on the same date.
