Health cuts to dominate agenda at IMO conference

Cutbacks in the health service are set to dominate the agenda at the Irish Medical Organisation's annual conference in Killarney today.

One of the first topics up for discussion at the three-day event is a motion of no confidence in the HSE.

Doctors will also debate motions deploring the state of accident and emergency departments around the country and condemning the scrapping of the cervical cancer vaccine for girls under the age of 12.
