Hikers rescued from army artillery range at Glen of Imaal

Mountain rescue personnel and members of the Defence Forces have guided three hikers to safety this afternoon after they strayed into the 'Impact Zone' in the Glen of Imaal Army Artillery Range.

The man and two women, who are all in their 30s, became lost while attempting to scale Wicklow's highest mountain, Lugnaquilla.
