Protest in Sligo due to transfer of cancer services plan

Thousands of people have gathered in Sligo to protest over plans to transfer cancer services from Sligo General Hospital to University Hospital Galway.

The Save Sligo's Cancer Services group is calling on management at the hospital to support their calls for a centre of excellence for Sligo.
