Waterford Stanley is in discussions with trade union representatives with a view to put its manufacturing employees on short-time working later this month.

Waterford Stanley is in discussions with trade union representatives with a view to put its manufacturing employees on short-time working later this month.

It is understood the company plans to put its 150 workers on a three-day week from Monday April 20 until the end of June.

Waterford Stanley, which makes cookers, has been established in Waterford since 1934.
