Garda morale at all-time low due to pay cuts

The Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors says morale in the force is at an all-time low due to the public-sector pension levy and other measures being introduced by the Government.

The issues of pay, pensions and allowances are high on the agenda as the association holds the second day of its annual conference in Co Westmeath today.
