Government urged to investigate patient injuries in Clonmel

There are calls for the Government to establish an independent investigation into cases of patient injuries in Clonmel.

The Mental Health Coalition says it is extremely concerned about the uncertain circumstances of the injuries at St. Luke's Hospital, St. Michael's Unit and South Tipperary General Hospital.
