Robinson: ‘Information from republicans key to arrests’
The North's First Minister, Peter Robinson, has said that information from republicans has played a key role in arrests since recent dissident killings.
DUP leader Robinson said the police had told him the quality of information from republican areas had been very helpful.
He said it was evidence of a 'transformed situation.'
In the wake of PSNI Constable Stephen Carroll's murder, Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness described dissident republicans as "traitors" who had "betrayed the people of Ireland."
