Police in the North are expecting the results of forensic tests today on the gun used to kill PSNI Constable Stephen Carroll in Co Armagh earlier this month.

The assault rifle is understood to have been found in a garden in Craigavon, where the 48-year-old was shot dead by the Continuity IRA on March 9.
