The Court of Criminal Appeal has rejected an appeal by a man against his conviction for conspiring to procure weapons, including rocket launchers, for a criminal gang alleged to be shopping for weapons from prison.

The Court of Criminal Appeal has rejected an appeal by a man against his conviction for conspiring to procure weapons, including rocket launchers, for a criminal gang alleged to be shopping for weapons from prison.

Today the CCA of Mr Justice Nial Fennelly, presiding sitting with Mr Justice Declan Budd and Mr Justice John MacMenamin dismissed Glen Geasley's appeal against his conviction after holding that he failed to make out that his trial was unfair.
