Fifth person arrested in Dublin murder probe
A fifth person has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Seamus 'Shay' O'Byrne in Tallaght in West Dublin on Friday night last.
The 31-year-old man was arrested this afternoon in the Dublin area.
Three other men and a teenage girl remain in custody in connection with the shooting.
The 27-year-old victim was gunned down while he was sitting in a car outside his home in the Tymon North Park area.
His 26-year-old partner was shot in the leg during the attack - she was treated for her injuries and later discharged from hospital.
