NI leaders to depart on postponed US trip

The North's First and Deputy First Ministers are departing on a trip to the US today after twice postponing their departure because of the recent dissident republican attacks.

Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness say they're determined not to be pushed off course by the killings in Co Antrim and Co Armagh.

They are travelling to the US to promote investment in the North.

The trip will culminate in a meeting with President Barack Obama at the White House on St Patrick's Day.
